Shocked ... Today I went to see Elvis Eis in Bargteheide with my girlfriend. Ordering etc. everything went well, when we wanted to pay we were told that you can't pay by card. But we only had € 12 in cash whereupon the employee sent me to the bank. It must be said that this was a sum of a little over € 13. After I went to the bank and withdrew money (€ 20) & then wanted to pay, I said make it € 14, because I don't want any change in my pocket. Actually I should have got back 6 €. What I got back was 5 € & 20 cents. Which really shouldn't have happened because they are so careful with their change.

Ice cream and service are ok. Ice cream is relatively expensive. Had better ice cream too.

Perfect, how one colleague had his entire territory under control and that professionally, very courteously and in compliance with all hygiene rules. I will gladly come again.

Delicious ice cream and always warm staff. The "long" opening times until 9 pm are also great, so you can have a Hugo and eat an ice cream here after a hard day's work with friends. We would love to come back.
